Mulhern appeals for information after Finaghy robbery
SDLP Balmoral Representative Michael Mulhern has said he is outraged that a 96-year-old lady has lost sentimental jewellery after being robbed in South Belfast on Friday.
Mr Mulhern commented:
“It is an absolute disgrace to learn that one of our elderly neighbours was targeted in a robbery. Everyone should have the right to feel safe in their own home including and especially the elderly.
“To target vulnerable members of our community like this is absolutely apprehensible. Finaghy is a tight-knit community and many residents will be alarmed by this incident.
“I would appeal to anyone with information to contact the PSNI.”
