Savage secures major Social & Affordable Housing Conference for Newry

SDLP Councillor Michael Savage proposed a unique cross-party motion at Monday night’s Council meeting, calling for a Social & Affordable Housing Conference to take place in Newry this coming February. The motion proposed by Cllr Savage is the first cross-party motion of its kind to be considered by Newry Mourne and Down District Council.
